- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and client needs
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
