Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess their strategic implications for our industry
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and pilot next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence on tech disruptors and market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation management
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling tech innovations in regulated industries
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
