Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology adoption across quantum, bio-integrated systems, and autonomous ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop implementation frameworks for ethical AI and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Oversee pilot programs for neuro-interfaces and climate-adaptive infrastructure
- Represent Innovatech at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or climate-tech innovation
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to enterprise solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience with technology ethics frameworks (IEEE 7000, ISO 39001)
- Strong network within DARPA, NSF, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
