Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Generative Models, and Edge Computing.
- Architect high-performance, scalable systems designed to be Quantum-Ready and AI-Native.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical vision with business goals.
- Pilot and evaluate emerging technologies to determine feasibility for enterprise integration.
- Establish best practices for sustainable and green coding practices.
- Mentor senior engineering teams on long-term architectural decisions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering leadership, or strategic technology roles.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML systems, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of post-quantum cryptography and future-proofing data strategies.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterβs or PhD preferred).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams to think beyond current constraints.
