The Role:

Responsibilities

- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, defining key milestones and deliverables.
- Innovation Labs: Lead pilot programs and innovation sprints to prototype concepts for future product iterations.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate complex future strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders to secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and industry standards to identify gaps and opportunities for our 2026 offerings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ Years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven Track Record of leading long-term strategic initiatives and delivering results on complex roadmaps.
- Deep Understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing, etc.) and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong Leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the financial services, fintech, or enterprise software sectors is highly desirable.
