Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Technology Strategy Roadmap, aligning tech initiatives with corporate goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Autonomous Systems, Quantum Computing) with high potential for ROI.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to predict future industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to pilot and scale innovative solutions.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics to forecast operational needs.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Establish a framework for continuous innovation and agility within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or business development.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and implementing long-term, high-stakes strategies.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech stacks and digital transformation trends.
