Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, Web4)
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and acquisition targets in future tech domains
- Present technology forecasts and disruption analyses to executive leadership and board
- Oversee cross-functional implementation of pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and sustainable tech deployment
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of future-focused experimentation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Experience in M&A due diligence for tech companies and strategic partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
