Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts and sustainability targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory shifts to inform strategic investment decisions
- Forge partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and government labs for innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Establish KPIs for measuring tech ROI and ethical implementation impact
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing future-focused tech roadmaps beyond 2025
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, or advanced robotics)
- Experience with sustainability frameworks (ESG, circular economy) in tech contexts
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or Enterprise Architecture frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Strong network within venture capital and tech innovation ecosystems
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
