Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate tech
- Partner with product teams to translate emerging tech trends into commercial opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of academic and industry innovation partners
- Present future tech scenarios to investors and board members
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal incubation programs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor and quantum computing ecosystems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (e.g., AI Act)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Prior experience in venture-backed innovation environments
