You'll represent our vision at global tech forums and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and startups pioneering breakthrough technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year innovation strategy targeting 2026 technology inflection points
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build relationships with venture capital firms and academic research labs
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Author thought leadership content on future technology disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$3M
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
