Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic tech initiatives to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact models
- Mentor junior futurists while fostering a culture of radical innovation and ethical tech deployment
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen human-computer interaction research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech trends
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for experimental initiatives
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Java) and quantum computing frameworks
