Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architectural roadmap for AI systems evolving towards 2026 standards, focusing on scalability and ethical AI.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists in researching and implementing cutting-edge Machine Learning models.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate future technology trends into actionable product roadmaps for 2026.
- Oversee the integration of neural interfaces and advanced computing architectures into our core platforms.
- Establish rigorous testing protocols and safety guidelines for autonomous AI agents.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and generative adversarial networks.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory and ethical implications of future AI technologies.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
