Responsibilities
- Architect and lead development of quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI governance protocols
- Drive research in carbon-negative data center technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams across quantum computing and AR/VR divisions
- Present 2026 tech roadmap to C-suite and board members
- Secure strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and EU Tech Council
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI, or Sustainable Tech
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (2000+ citations)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and machine learning ethics
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow
- Active member of IEEE Quantum Council or ACM Ethics Committee
