Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of 2026-era technology stacks, prioritizing scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead the R&D division in identifying and validating breakthrough technologies relevant to our industry roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate futuristic trends into actionable product features.
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging tech adoption and ethical AI deployment.
- Drive innovation initiatives, including quantum computing prototypes and advanced neural networks.
- Mentor senior engineering teams to ensure alignment with long-term strategic visions.
- Present quarterly roadmaps to stakeholders, illustrating the evolution of our tech landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or visionary capacity.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Proven track record of identifying and integrating emerging technologies before they become mainstream.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and edge computing solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
