Responsibilities
- Architect and define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including AI-driven predictive modeling and decentralized ledgers.
- Design high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and security experts—to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for scalable software development.
- Evaluate and select third-party technologies to accelerate the delivery of the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in modern languages and frameworks, including Python, Rust, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML pipelines and integrating them into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Experience with blockchain technology or Web3 protocols is a significant plus.
