Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen Architectures: Design robust, fault-tolerant system architectures capable of handling real-time AI processing and massive data throughput.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics into core business workflows.
- Quantum-Ready Roadmaps: Develop technical strategies that prepare our infrastructure for the transition to quantum computing.
- System Security: Implement state-of-the-art cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data in decentralized environments.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, optimizing latency and throughput for global users.
- Prototyping: Build and test proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies to validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and vector databases.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-dimensional system failures.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
