You'll collaborate with global R&D centers, secure multi-million dollar innovation budgets, and mentor next-generation talent while maintaining our position as the industry's thought leader.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs and ROI targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Secure and manage $10M+ annual innovation budgets across 5 R&D hubs
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech accelerators
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through executive-level stakeholder alignment
- Author industry-shaping white papers and keynote presentations at Davos/WEF
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level strategy
- Proven track record launching products generating $50M+ annual revenue
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3
- Portfolio of patents or peer-reviewed publications in future tech domains
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovation specialists
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
