Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress for continuous integration pipelines
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to improve QA processes
- Validate API endpoints using Postman and SOAP UI
- Maintain test documentation and knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and bug tracking systems
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation and test data management
- Experience testing web applications, mobile apps, and RESTful APIs
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
