Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Document defects with detailed steps using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives)
- Test new features and regression tests in staging environments
- Validate UI/UX consistency across browsers and devices
- Conduct performance and security testing as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of software QA/testing experience
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA preferred)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and REST API testing
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Hawaii work authorization required
