Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models and AI systems
- Collaborate with ML engineers to align prompt engineering with model capabilities
- Develop comprehensive prompt libraries for diverse AI applications
- Conduct A/B testing of prompt variations to maximize output quality
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and best practices
- Train stakeholders on effective prompt utilization techniques
- Stay current with advancements in NLP and generative AI technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Proficiency with Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and language models
- Experience with prompt optimization and fine-tuning techniques
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into effective prompts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
- Certification in AI/ML or related technologies (preferred)
