- Document bugs using JIRA with clear steps, screenshots, and severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify reported issues
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to improve testing processes
- Test web and mobile applications across multiple devices and browsers
- Create test data and maintain test environments for accurate validation
- Assist in developing regression test suites for product updates
