Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and access points
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools

- Provide Tier 1 user support for network-related inquiries
- Participate in network upgrades and expansion projects

Qualifications
