In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with senior analysts to develop dashboards, clean datasets, and support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Reporting: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights that meet business goals.
- SQL Querying: Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve data from various databases efficiently.
- Research: Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to our data processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic understanding of SQL or Python.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relocation Eligibility: Must be willing to relocate to Wichita, KS (Relocation assistance provided).
