In this role, you will work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to uncover insights, visualize complex datasets, and drive decision-making processes. We offer a hybrid work environment, supporting talent in Wichita, KS and remote candidates across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business decisions.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases and data warehouses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis to support A/B testing and product optimization initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with SQL and a basic understanding of database structures (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
