Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical data specifications.
- Perform statistical analysis and report on data findings to support business decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Create comprehensive documentation for data processes and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Index/Match.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
