Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and formatting of large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Utilize SQL and Excel to query databases and perform basic statistical analysis.
- Develop basic visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to present findings to the team.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic decision-making.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or IT) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling.
- Basic understanding of SQL or a willingness to learn SQL query syntax.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
