Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain clear, interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data models and reports.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing, validation, and quality assurance processes.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership and management.
- Maintain documentation regarding data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large databases.
- Strong skills in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Reliable availability for weekend shifts (e.g., Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday).
