Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the creation of interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to translate data findings into actionable insights.
- Maintain and update existing data documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis to support hypothesis testing and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Basic understanding of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data simply.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
