Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Dashboard Creation: Build interactive visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to help stakeholders visualize key performance indicators.
- Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and professional reports summarizing data trends and findings for management review.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. (Equivalent experience will be considered for career changers).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Tools: Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus, but not mandatory as training will be provided.
