Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, scrub, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise, and professional reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Database Management: Assist in querying databases using SQL to retrieve specific data sets as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to understand business requirements and data needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in data collection and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with spreadsheets (Excel) is required.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is a plus but not required.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling data and reporting.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
