Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Document data processes and maintain clear communication of findings to stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) is required.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of database concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
