Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and process large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data models, processes, and methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data quality.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
