Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning strategic goals with technical capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT).
- Identify high-impact innovation opportunities and secure funding/resources for experimental projects.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure Quantum Horizon remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, strategy, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading long-term technology planning cycles.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Cloud Native architectures.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
