Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical roadmap for AI and machine learning systems.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers in developing next-generation generative models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate emerging technologies into production environments.
- Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., Neuromorphic computing) for potential implementation.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Oversee the scaling of our inference infrastructure to support high-volume demand.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in driving innovation in a fast-paced, agile environment.
