Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual and automated regression testing to ensure software stability across multiple browsers and devices.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA, providing clear reproduction steps to developers.
- Collaborate closely with the product management and development teams to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues that may have been missed in standard testing cycles.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality and performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance (QA) testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, life cycles (SDLC), and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques, including UI/UX validation and functional testing.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SQL for database validation and API testing tools (Postman) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
