Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and usability issues
- Document bugs and inconsistencies using industry-standard tools like JIRA and Bugzilla
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce and prioritize reported issues
- Participate in agile sprint cycles and provide timely feedback on product quality
- Conduct regression testing to ensure fixes don't introduce new problems
- Create detailed test plans and test scenarios based on product requirements
- Analyze test results and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate test documentation and defect tracking records
Qualifications
- No prior QA experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in IT a plus
