Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and design systems to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven iterations to optimize user engagement and conversion metrics
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and interactive demos
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our growing design community
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing SaaS and mobile applications
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong foundation in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development constraints
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
