Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to communicate complex data findings to stakeholders clearly.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and perform statistical analysis to support business forecasting and risk assessment.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management regarding operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data quality and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Programming: Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
