The Role
In this role, you will act as the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for our leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and databases to support reporting needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
