Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Document defects with detailed steps and screenshots in JIRA/Confluence
- Perform regression testing on new builds and feature updates
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Validate UI/UX consistency and functional requirements
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain test documentation and test environment integrity
Qualifications
- 1+ years of software QA/testing experience
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of test methodologies (black-box, white-box)
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Familiarity with agile development processes
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
