- Conduct user research, user testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design intuitive user flows and information architectures for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and justify design choices to stakeholders clearly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong, portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Framer) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
