Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support business objectives.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies that can be leveraged for strategic decision-making.
- Report Generation: Produce accurate, timely, and concise monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in data collection and suggest process improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated expertise in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
