Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract accurate data for weekly and monthly reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Analyze historical data trends to forecast future performance and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Charlotte and New York to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and presentations for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a weekend shift environment while maintaining high productivity levels.
- Willingness to relocate to Charlotte, NC with the support of our relocation assistance program.
