Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Monitor KPIs and provide weekly performance summaries during weekend shifts
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and compliance standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-5PM)
