Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms.
- Monitor system performance, health, and security alerts using industry-standard monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate workflows and streamline deployment processes.
- Document technical configurations, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and troubleshoot basic cloud-related issues.
- Participate in regular code reviews and team stand-ups to ensure project alignment.
- Learn and implement best practices for data security and compliance within cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus but not required).
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and internet technologies.
- Willingness to Learn: A strong drive to acquire new technical skills and certifications (we provide training).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
