Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other design tools.
- Design intuitive and accessible user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX process.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to drive design decisions.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
