Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create automated dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to optimize customer acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Maintain data integrity through ETL processes and quality checks
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations
- Support weekend data operations and real-time monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas/Numpy)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical modeling and A/B testing
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in self-directed weekend shift environment
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects
