- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ETL processes
- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations for strategic improvements
- Support weekend shift operations with real-time data analysis and troubleshooting
- Develop predictive models to forecast business metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with weekend/night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and hypothesis validation
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
