Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize weekend customer engagement strategies
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure weekend reporting accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with weekend shift or flexible schedule exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design principles
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
