In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making by providing deep-dive analytics, forecasting, and reporting. You will manage large datasets, ensure data integrity, and create compelling visualizations that tell a story.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to support data extraction and reporting needs.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for executive stakeholders.
- Monitor data quality and integrity across all systems to ensure accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is required.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into non-technical business language.
